All of our meals are cooked fresh and delivered in insulated, refrigerated packaging to maintain their quality and freshness. We never freeze our meals. For best results, we recommend refrigerating your meals as soon as they arrive and consuming them within 3-5 days. Each container is clearly labeled with a "best by" date.
